Love can be confusing and beautiful,
Love can be unfair and cruel.
It can take months to build love but just a few minutes to end it.
I chose to wait for the one I love and It got difficult as the days went by.
The waiting was eating me inside,
I fell in love with her and I couldn't take the wait no more,
I wanted to spend every single minute with her.
You know you love someone When you are willing to do anything just to put a smile on their face.
When you can't live a single minute without having them on your mind.
When you are constantly writing, deleting, and rewriting texts just to get them right.
When you are planning dates way ahead of time just to make them feel exceptional.
When every single minute you spend with them makes you feel so alive.
She slowly pulled me across the line and I couldn't wait anymore.
I was petrified of the thought of losing her,
The future I dreamed of was fading away.
It was stressing me out and I in turn was stressing her out.
Everything good has to come to an end sometime right?
Why does it feel like my heart was ripped out of my chest then?
Months have gone by and my heart still yearns for her.
